Tennis Match With Methodist Suspended Due to Rain

Fayetteville, N.C. - The Meredith tennis team traveled to Methodist for a USA South match up.  The match was suspended at the start of singles due to rain.  The Monarchs held the 3-0 advantage in doubles play.  The match is scheduled to be finished next Thursday March 29.

Singles:
1. Meindl is serving to Patel, down 0-0, ad-out
2. Purser is serving to Hunt, up 1-1, 30-15
3. Newton serving to Baker, down 0-0, 15-30
4. Powell serving to Pearsall, up 2-0; 30-15
5. Edwards/Shelton were at a change-over with Edwards getting ready to serve down 0-3
6. Justice serving to Musgrave, up 0-0, Ad-in
