Senior FH Banner 2026
L to R (Megan Ingenito, Jasmin "Jay" Solar, Charlotte Dyer)

All three of our seniors have raised the standards of what it means to be a Meredith College Field Hockey player. These girls will leave an ever lasting legacy thanks to their incredible work in the classroom as well as on the field. We will miss our girls dearly; however we cannot wait to see what else they accomplish after their time with MCFH.

INGENITO IN HER OWN WORDS

First, I want to thank my family for always supporting me, encouraging me, and being there for me through every high and low. I wouldn’t be where I am today without all of you and the sacrifices you’ve made to help me do what I love. To my coaches, thank you for pushing me every day to be a better player and person, believing in me, and never letting me settle for less than my best. To the girls who have been by my side through it all, thank you for making even the hardest days worth it and for being so much more than teammates to me. I’m so grateful for the friendships I’ve made along the way and all the memories we’ve created together. Field hockey has given me so much more than just a sport. It has given me people who have become family, lessons I’ll carry with me forever, and memories I’ll always look back on. I’ll forever be thankful for these past four years and for everyone who has been a part of my journey. I love you all so much, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have shared this experience with you.
Megan Ingenito

MAJOR: Fashion Design

POST-GRAD PLANS: Ingenito plans on pursuing a career in fashion design while also exploring opportunities in event planning and/or real estate.

SOLAR IN HER OWN WORDS

MCFH has been my reason I got to do new things and explore. It was my support group throughout everything I have done. If the world was going downhill, I know I would still have my girls to go to no matter what. I will always appreciate the consistency and stability this team has given me.
Jasmin "Jay" Solar
