Since arriving at Meredith, Keating has helped guide the Avenging Angels through a period of steady growth and success. The program has improved its overall record in each season of her tenure, culminating in a historic 2025 campaign that saw Meredith set a program record with eight victories. The team also achieved several milestone accomplishments during the season, including its first-ever victory over an NCAA Division II opponent and a program-record four home wins.
Keating has also played a key role in the development of Meredith's student-athletes. In 2025, junior Megan Ingenito scored a program-record 17 goals, highlighting the continued progress of the program under the coaching staff's leadership.
A former standout goalkeeper, Keating played at York College of Pennsylvania from 2016-20, where she was recognized as a Scholar of Distinction. During her career with the Spartans, she finished among the program's top five all-time in goals-against average (1.72) and shutouts (seven). Following the 2021 season, she earned a place on York's All-Decade Team after recording multiple Capital Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week honors and a Synapse Sports Division III Defensive Player of the Week selection. She also finished her career ranked among the program's top 10 in saves.
Keating began her coaching career by providing private goalkeeper instruction before joining the Atlantic Storm Chasers Field Hockey Club. She later coached with additional club programs throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland, helping develop players at a variety of competitive levels.
Following graduation, Keating served as an assistant coach at West York High School in York, Pennsylvania, before joining the staff at St. Mary's College of Maryland. During her season with the Seahawks, the coaching staff earned Coaching Staff of the Year honors before she accepted the opportunity to join the Meredith field hockey program.
Keating continues to play an integral role in the development and growth of Meredith field hockey, contributing to the program's success on and off the field.
