Meredith College

Demonica Stanley joined the Meredith College athletics staff as the assistant cross country/track & field coach in September 2019. Stanley was a four-year letter winner of Meredith’s track & field program, which began competition in spring 2016.

Help lead the team to the 2022 Cross Country Conference Title.

Stanley graduated as the college’s all-time leader in shot put, javelin, and long jump. During her tenure with the Avenging Angels, she also competed in 100m and 200m sprints, so offers the program a wide range of event knowledge and skills.

While a student at Meredith, Stanley worked as an assistant for two years and then advanced as a student supervisor in the Lowery Fitness Center her senior year.

Stanley earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science at Meredith College in 2019.
