2020-21: Placed second in the USA South East cross country championship race to propel the Avenging Angels to an East division title in the only race of the 2020-21 season ... claimed first team all-East honors from the USA South in cross country ... claimed a trio of medals at the 2021 USA South Track & Field Championships ... finished third in the 800m with a time of 2:27.80 ... took bronze in the 1,500m in 5:04.72 ... part of the third-place 4x400 relay team that ran a time of 4:27.86 ... named to the USA South academic all-conference list ... garnered team MVP laurels as a sophomore ... 

2019-20: (cross) USA South All-Conference first team honoree ... set new MCXC all-time 6,000m record at NCAA Regionals (23:30.0) ... presented team's Most Valuable Runner award. (track) Presented team's Most Valuable Athlete award ... set new program records in 1000m, 1500m, 1600m events ... posted team's season-best 800m pace. Season canceled 03/19/2020.

Prior to Meredith: A longtime dual sport athlete in volleyball and soccer ... played travel soccer ball for SASL and TUSA and club volleyball with Brick City and L2 ... earned All-Conference and All-State honors in both sports while at Lee Christian ... named conference MVP and conference tournament MVP twice ... competed in a Spartan Race before coming to Meredith and placed first for the run and second for the race in her age group to qualify for the North American Championships.
