Erin Bratcher, MS, CSCS, RSCC, PES, CES, began working with Meredith College Athletics in fall 2018. Erin is originally a Raleigh native attending Ravenscroft prior to studying Kinesiology at Charleston Southern University while competing in Division I basketball. After college, Erin went on to play professionally in the German Bundesliga for 4 seasons while completing her masters in exercise science with dual concentrations of performance enhancement and corrective exercise. Erin also holds her CSCS certification and has since received the RSCC designation for her work leading the strength program at Cardinal Gibbons high school, an NHSCCA Program of  Excellence. Bratcher has presented at the NSCA and NHSSCA conferences as a leading strength coach for the state. Athletically, since retirement Bratcher has seen her #17 jersey retired for her record setting career in Germany and became a member of the Ravenscroft Hall of Fame. In 2020, Bratcher founded EB Athletics, a private gym training athletes, teams, and adults across Raleigh; the gym was named Raleigh’s Best Gym in 2024.
