Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from West Virginia University. She served as an officer and physical therapist in the United States Air Force for six years. In 2005, she earned certification as an orthopedic manual therapist and doctorate of physical therapy from Ola Grimsby Institute. She has completed post-professional education in biofeedback, trigger point, dry needling, and vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. Michelle earned accreditation as an orthopedic certified specialist in 2009. She completed a fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy through the Ola Grimsby Institute in 2014 and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. She also provides physical therapy service for the NC Courage of the NWSL, Carolina Flyers, and Raleigh Radiance.
