Staunton, Va. - Meredith volleyball traveled to Mary Baldwin University Wednesday night and swept the Fighting Squirrels 3-0.

Meredith (16-10, 8-5 USA South) dropped a set to Mary Baldwin in the first meeting of the year but after a tight first set win tonight, 25-23, the Angels rolled 25-11 and 25-17 in the final two sets.

Mary Baldwin (2-26, 1-13 USA South) swung a .043 in that second set only scoring 11 points while Meredith tallied a .625 team hitting percentage. 

Junior Lauren Bissette led the Angels with nine kills while fellow junior Hannah Jo Jablonski led the defense with seven digs

Freshman Lillie Davis tallied 25 assists with six digs.

Meredith is back in action at home this Saturday when they host a USA South tri-match playing Greensboro at noon and Methodist at 4 p.m.
