RALEIGH, N.C. - The Avenging Angels lacrosse program soared past Pfeiffer University 23-4 Saturday afternoon at the Meredith Track & Field Complex.
The Angels posted 11 goals in the first quarter cruising to victory. Junior
Ava Spradley earned a career-high 16 draw controls, just two off the school record. Spradley also added a goal to her impressive afternoon.
Sophomore
Reese Walker tied career-highs with six goals and seven assists to lead the Angels offense. Freshman
Kenzie Todd scored four goals while fellow freshman
Bailey Swails scored three and Maddie Dean scored two.
Meredith is right back in action tomorrow for Senior Day when they host Huntingdon College at 11 a.m.
