MISENHEIMER, N.C. | Meredith College Lacrosse dominated Pfeiffer to pick up the 23-0 victory. With the win, Meredith locked up the #1 seed for the USA South Tournament and earned a share of the regular season title. A win on Friday gives them the outright title.
Ava Spradley and
Reese Walker led the Avenging Angel's offense. The duo combined for 9 goals, 9 assists, and 18 points.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- The Avenging Angels scored two goals in the opening minute of the game. Reese Walker found Ava Spradley for Meredith's first goal and then ten seconds later, Lauryn Turner received a pass from Walker and buried the ball in the back of the net to put Meredith up 2-0.
- Walker scored three straight goals starting with a man up goal with 13:15 left in the frame. Eleven seconds later, she tallied her second goal and completed her hat trick in 31 seconds with her third goal at 12:44.
- Kenzie Todd scored three goals in the first quarter and Spradley outdid everyone, finding the back of the net four times. After 15 minutes, Meredith led 11-0.
- Meredith slowed their offense in the second quarter scoring four goals. Madison Dean scored two, Elle White put one past the goalie, and Walker tacked on another goal to her total. The Avenging Angels took a commanding 15-0 lead into the break.
- The final two quarters were more of the same. Meredith scored eight more goals to win the game 23-0. Bailey Swails scored with three minutes left in the third quarter. Allison June Mabe and Logan Campbell got on the score sheet in the fourth quarter. Mabe scored twice and Campbell netted the final goal of the game.
- The Avenging Angels draw team excelled, winning all 22 draws. Dean and Spradley led the way, with eight draw controls apiece.
- Reese Walker finished the game with 12 points. She scored four goals and had eight assists.
- Ava Spradley had five goals on six shots and added an assist for six points on the day.
- Meredith out shot Pfeiffer 49-1.
- Madi Horrell got the win in goal and saved the lone shot she faced.Â
