2022: Started all 32 matches for the Angels as a senior and earned USA South All-Conference ... Tallied 380 kills along with 229 digs and 41 total blocks.

2021: Played in 29 matches earning 215 kills, 70 digs and 47 total blocks while helping the Angels earn a USA South Tournament Championship apperance.

2020-21: Saw action in all 53 sets across 14 matches played by the Avenging Angels ... finished with 124 kills, 60 digs and 21 total blocks ... also recorded 13 service aces.

2019: Named USA South Rookie of the Week Sept. 23 ... ranked third for MCVB as a rookie with 192 kills in 27 matches ... notched 83 digs, 40 blocks, and 22 assists.

Prior to Meredith: Lettered four years at Person High ... named All-Conference, Mid-State All-Tournament, and News & Observer All-Metro in 2017 ... named 2018 conference tournament MVP and earned a Maxpreps/AVCA and NCHSAA Player of the Week selections ... served as team captain for three seasons ... played six years with Triangle Volleyball Club ... three-time honoree of Triangle Team Award and team captain four years.

Personal: Majoring in business administration with a concentration in accounting and minoring in communication ... daughter of Neal and Crystal Long ... also a member of SAAC and MAFA.
