Raleigh, N.C. - The two cross town rivals meet on the volleyball court at Peace College on Tuesday. Meredith pulled off another five set win over Peace winning 3-2(25-21, 23-25, 25-22, 21-25, 15-9). Meredith moves to 10-6, 5-4 in the USA South while Peace drops to Peace 6-7, 4-3.

Meredith was led by Cori Spade with 17 kills and five digs. Mallory Booker and Leanne Burton both added nine kills for the Angels.

The Avenging Angels next head to Averett to face the Cougars and Mary Baldwin on October 1.
