ROANOKE, Va. - Meredith rallied to come from behind and win 3-2 versus the host in today's Hollins University Invitational. The Angels completed the sweep by defeating Wesleyan (Ga.) 3-0.

Senior outside Cori Spade led all with 32 kills in .353 hitting. She added 19 digs and two blocks in the win over Hollins. Emily Hendricks and Molly Markley contributed 11 kills apiece to regain control of the frontline.

Setters Kara Baughman and Clarke Glendenning notched a combined 52 assists to carry their team to victory.

Meredith opens day-two with a 10:00 a.m. pairing with Va. Weleyan. The team challenges Emory & Henry at 2.
