Raleigh, NC - Senior Olivia Blake made her season debut with a goal leading MC Lax to their 6th consecutive regular-season USA South Championship. 

Today's contest against Greensboro College celebrated the careers of seniors: Olivia Blake, Caroline Butler, Maya Flake, and Lauren Oliver. Each senior contributed a goal in today's contest as they continued their four-year undefeated USA South Conference win streak. USA South assist leader, Maya Flake, led the way for Meredith with 1 goal and 7 assists. Freshman Ava Spradley and Lauryn Turner led the team with 3 goals apiece while each also chipping in an assist. Spradley finished the day with 7 draw controls and  Turner with 5 respectively. 

The win today earned Meredith Lacrosse hosting rights for the 2022 USA South Conference Championship. Meredith will be the #1 seed in the tournament which is scheduled for April 29th-30th. 

The Angels are on the road Wednesday, April 20 for their final non-conference matchup as they take on the Captains of Christopher Newport University. Game time is scheduled for 5 PM.
