RALEIGH, N.C. - The Meredith soccer program wrapped up its 2023 regular season with a 4-0 loss against Southern Virginia University who sits at the top of the USA South. 

The Angels honored Kasey Wilkins, Morgan Thomas, and Madeline Ostrowski. 

The game was back an forth in the first half of play before Southern Virginia gained the lead with three minutes left before half. The Knights added three second half goals to pull away from the Angels and earn the victory. 

Fifth year senior Kasey Wilkins earned 10 saves in goal for the Angels. 

Meredith will play on Tuesday night at Brevard in the first round of the USA South Conference Tournament.
