RALEIGH, N.C. - Meredith volleyball hosted North Carolina Wesleyan College Wednesday inside Weatherspoon gymnasium in USA South action sweeping the Battling Bishops 3-0.
The Angels made quick work in the first two sets before being pushed to the brink in the third set winning 25-23.

Lauren Bissette led the offense with 13 kills and swinging a .400 hitting percentage. Freshman
Caitlyn Russell contributed 11 kills as well. Sophomore
Lillie Davis ran the offense with 22 assists and five digs while freshman
Maggie Gibbons added nine assists and three digs.

The Angels are right back in action at home this Friday when they host perineal powerhouse Christopher Newport University at 6 p.m.
