BREVARD, N.C. - The Meredith soccer program earned a 0-0 draw at Brevard Saturday afternoon on Ives-Lemel Family Field in USA South action.
The Angels were out shot 19-2 and saw Brevard earn seven corner kicks. The Angel defense hung tough and kept the Tornados off the board.
Fifth year
Kasey Wilkins earned a clean sheet with seven saves for the Angels.
Meredith moves to 2-2-4 and remains unbeaten in USA South action at 1-0-1. They are back in action at home when they host N.C. Wesleyan on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
