RALEIGH, N.C. - The Meredith Lacrosse Program scored a bevy of dynamic goals Tuesday afternoon against Greensboro College winning 23-0 in their USA South opener.
The Angels saw 11 different players find the back of the net on the day. Meredith led 12-0 at the end of the first earning a running clock for the rest of the game.
Senior
Arrianna May and Junior
Allison June Mabe both tallied four goals with an assist each. Freshman Kenzie racked up five assists with two goals.
Seniors
Maddie Mitzel and
Frannie Rosone combined for three goals while freshman
Lucy Miller netted her first career goal as an Angel with two total. Fellow freshman
Katherine Couch and
Madison Dean along with junior
Casey Phelps also all scored their first goals of the season.
Meredith is back in action when they travel to Christopher Newport University on Saturday, March, 23rd, with start time set for 1 p.m.
