RALEIGH, NC | The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has announced the rosters for the 2025 Senior All-Star games for Divisions I, II, and III, and Meredith College senior Lauryn Turner has been selected to represent the Avenging Angels among the nation's top Division III talent. Turner will compete as part of the White Team in the Division III game, scheduled for Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. ET on Tierney Field at the USA Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Md.
A standout midfielder and leader for Meredith, Turner capped off her senior season with 58 goals, 22 assists, 33 ground balls, and 16 caused turnovers, earning USA South First Team All-Conference honors (Midfield) and a spot on the USA South All-Tournament Team. Over the course of her decorated career, she totaled 179 goals, 130 ground balls, 85 caused turnovers, and 128 draw controls, leaving an indelible mark on the program with her scoring ability, tenacity, and all-around impact.
Turner becomes the first Meredith lacrosse player named to the IWLCA Senior All-Star Team since former standouts Sarah Arbes and Holly Hite, further cementing her legacy as one of the most accomplished players in program history. Her selection is a well-deserved recognition of her outstanding collegiate career and the continued strength of Meredith's lacrosse program on the national stage.
The Division II team will play the first game at 10:00 am ET, the Division III game will follow at 12:30 pm, and the Division I teams will cap off the event with their game at 3:00 pm.Admission to the event is free, though the games will not be streamed.
