Rocky Mount, N.C. - The Meredith soccer team rebounded on Sunday with a 2-0 win over N.C. Wesleyan.

The Avenging Angels (10-4, 4-2 USA South) scored their first goal at the 34 minute mark by Brittany Raper and assisted by Emmy Errante.  Eliza Evans scored an insurance goal at the 65 minute mark in the second half to seal the win over the Bishops (1-15, 1-5).

Meredith out shot N.C. Wesleyan 29-4.

Meredith next hosts Methodist on Saturday at 2 p.m.
