ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. -- Catherine Bryant collected USA South All-Tournament honors Saturday as the 2016 season came to a close for the Meredith College tennis Angels. Meredith fell 6-3 to the top-seeded Methodist Monarchs in the semifinals.

Bryant closed out a 7-5, 6-4 win over MU's Graf at no. 1 singles to score Meredith's third point on the day. Ran Zhang capped off her stellar season with a two set victory over Sam Munze to finish the spring season with just one loss.

The pair defeated Graf and Munze 8-4 as the only point scored in doubles. Both Bryant and Zhang went undefeated in tournament play this weekend.
