RALEIGH, N.C. -- In Tuesday's make-up with the host Pfeiffer Falcons, Meredith College women's soccer lost 2-0.

The Falcons allowed Meredith just one shot in 90 minutes of play, while Pfeiffer recorded 16 on the night with one goal in each half. The Avenging Angels launched 2 corner kicks to 11 from PU, including 10 in the second period.

Falcons Dayanna Riera and Meredith Manson netted the goals for Pfeiffer.

Miranda Lutz posted six stops for the Avenging Angels, three in each period, and Haley Zoltoski earned her first win in goal for PU with one save in the second half.

Meredith hosts Greensboro Saturday in a Noon contest. Head Coach Jen Grubb, her staff, and players will celebrate three seniors prior to the first kick. Follow the live action HERE, as spectators are limited.
