Methodist University earned a sweep of Meredith, taking down the Avenging Angels, 9-0.

Aly Henneberry stood out for Meredith (1-2, 1-2 USA South), challenging Methodist's Abby Caddick in singles competition. Henneberry was able to take two games in the first set, and three games in the second set, but ultimately fell, 6-2, 6-3.

Meredith is back in action Thursday afternoon at 4:30 against Pfeiffer.
