nd place in the 400 meters with a time of 1:03.49. In her collegiate debut,
Ellie-Reed Zimmerman set a school record in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 10.91.

"Season debut, our focus was to shake the rust off and to set a baseline as we progress through the season. I was very happy with our compete mentality and the team atmosphere. The team showed some solid debuts and set a handful of personal records.

ABOUT THE MEET
- Meredith's freshmen showcased strong performances in their first collegiate meet. Abby Clayton had the best performance for the Avenging Angels, taking 2nd place in the 400 meters crossing the line in 1:03.49. Madelyn Morton also competed in the 400 and claimed a top 15 finish, (13th) with a time of 1:09.32.
- Zimmerman set a school record in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 10.91.
- Maddie Morton, Zimmerman, Natasha Elder, and Clayton comprised the 4x400 relay team for the Avenging Angels. The squad finished the race in 13th.
