RALEIGH, N.C. | Abigail Clayton earned USA South Outdoor Track Rookie of the Week. Clayton broke two program records in the 200m and the 400m at the VertKlasse Meeting last weekend hosted by High Point University.

Clayton set a new school record in the 200-meter dash with her time of 26.09. She wasn't done, setting school records for the day. Clayton conquered the 400m, finishing in 59.55 for a new program record.

Abigail and the team will take the momentum from VertKlasse into the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic starting on Friday, April 12^th in Lynchburg, Virginia.
