WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. | Abigail Clayton led Meredith College at the JDL College Team Challenge on Thursday. Clayton finished the 200 meters in 4
th with a time of 27.26. Clayton also ran the 60 meter dash and in 7
th with a time of 8:31.

ABOUT THE MEET:
- Madelyn Morton and Abrianna Casarez both competed in the 60m and the 200m. Casarez placed 8th (8.45) in the 60 meter sprint and 9th in the 200 meters (28.13). Morton wasn't far behind, taking 11th in both events. She ran the 60 meters in 8.64 and the 200 meters in 28.71.
- Ashleigh and Elisabeth Modlin both raced in the 800 meters and finished back-to-back. Ashleigh crossed the line in 2:50.74 good for 18th place and Elisabeth got 19th posting a time of 2:59.17.
- Laura Brown raced in the mile and crossed the line in 6:11.29 in 12th place
- Ellie-Reed Zimmerman continued her success in the 60 meter hurdles. She placed 8th with a time of 11.12.
