GREENWOOD, Ind. - Four Meredith field hockey student athletes have earned At-Large Academic All-District from College Sports Communicators, announced by the organization Tuesday afternoon.
Combined with a pair of women's lacrosse athletes earning honors, the Avenging Angels earned the maximum of six representatives on the women's side.
All four of the Meredith field hockey student athletes earned honors for the first time in their careers.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes at-large honorees in five divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, and the College Division.
Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.Â
Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced July 7 (women) and July 8 (men).
The senior midfielder capped off an outstanding career in the 2025 season, continuing to be a key contributor on an Avenging Angels team that set the school record for wins in a season.

The senior from Cary, North Carolina started 29 of her 30 career games played at Meredith. Elder is a four-time National Academic Honor Squad member from the NFHCA, including both of her seasons at Meredith. Last season, she scored her first career goal as an Avenging Angel, coming in a home win over Eastern Mennonite.

The junior forward from Ridgeland, South Carolina was an offensive standout in her junior season, setting the school record for goals in a season with 17. Ingenito scored multiple goals five separate times including a season-high three goals in a home win over Transylvania.
Meika Olsen | Sr. | Manassas, Va.

Olsen was a four-year contributor for Meredith as a midfielder, including starting 14-of-17 games in her senior campaign. Olsen tallied a goal last season, and was a key part of the team's record-breaking season.
