RALEIGH, N.C. — The Meredith College soccer team is set to open play in the USA South Conference Tournament this Saturday, November 1st. The Avenging Angels will travel to Buena Vista, Virginia, to face Southern Virginia University in first-round action.

The Angels closed out their regular season on Wednesday night with a 0-0 draw against William Peace University, capping a strong stretch of competitive conference play. The hard-fought result showcased the team's defensive consistency and resilience heading into postseason competition.

The first-round matchup between Meredith and Southern Virginia is set to kick off at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday in Buena Vista.
