Raleigh, N.C. – Meredith College women's lacrosse juniors Kenzie Todd and Madison Dean earned USA South Conference weekly honors following dominant performances that powered the Avenging Angels to a 3–0 record against conference and regional opponents.
Offensive Player of the Week – Kenzie Todd
Junior attacker Kenzie Todd, a native of Brookfield, Connecticut, was named USA South Offensive Player of the Week after totaling 18 points on 15 goals and three assists. Todd also added three caused turnovers, two ground balls, and two draw controls as Meredith's offense surged throughout the week.
Todd opened the week with a five-goal, one-assist performance in a 24–1 win over USA South foe Greensboro College, adding two caused turnovers and a ground ball. She followed with a standout showing in a 15–4 road win at Berry College, scoring six goals with two assists and a caused turnover. Todd capped the week with four goals, two draw controls, and a ground ball in an 18–6 victory at Oglethorpe University.
Defensive Player of the Week – Madison Dean
Junior midfielder Madison Dean, from Southport, North Carolina, earned USA South Defensive Player of the Week honors after anchoring Meredith's defense and controlling the draw circle. Dean finished the week with three caused turnovers, nine ground balls, and 19 draw controls, while also contributing three goals and two assists.
In the 24–1 win over Greensboro, Dean recorded one caused turnover, seven draw controls, one goal, and two assists. She followed with a two-goal effort in the 15–4 victory at Berry, adding four ground balls and four draw controls. Dean closed the week with a strong all-around performance at Oglethorpe, totaling two caused turnovers, five ground balls, and eight draw controls in the 18–6 win.
With Todd leading the attack and Dean setting the tone defensively, Meredith delivered a complete team performance during the undefeated week, continuing the Avenging Angels' strong start to conference play.
