Walker & Todd Power Nation’s Top Scoring Duo

RALEIGH, N.C. — In a season defined by offensive firepower and consistency, senior Reese Walker and junior Kenzie Todd have emerged as one of the most dynamic duos in NCAA Division III women's lacrosse. Leading the nation in combined production, the pair currently rank No. 1 and No. 2 in total points nationally, setting the tone for a Meredith attack that continues to rewrite expectations.

At the center of Meredith's success is an undeniable connection between Walker and Todd—one built on chemistry, vision, and an unselfish approach to the game. Walker leads the nation with 127 total points, while Todd sits just behind her with 112, giving the Avenging Angels the top two point producers in the country. It's a rare feat at any level and one that speaks to both players' ability to elevate not only themselves, but everyone around them.

Walker's game is defined by versatility and playmaking at an elite level. Ranked No. 2 nationally in total assists (64) and No. 4 in assists per game (3.56), she has become the engine of Meredith's offense—creating opportunities in tight spaces while still remaining a scoring threat herself. Her 63 goals (No. 10 nationally) and 7.06 points per game (No. 3) highlight her ability to impact every possession. This week, Walker added another milestone to her decorated career, surpassing 500 career, further cementing her legacy as one of the program's all-time greats.

Todd complements that playmaking with a relentless scoring presence. With 77 total goals (No. 2 nationally) and 4.28 goals per game (No. 8), she has consistently been Meredith's finisher, capitalizing on opportunities with precision and confidence. Her efficiency extends to set-piece situations, where she ranks No. 25 nationally in free-position percentage (.632)—a testament to her composure in critical moments. Todd's 6.22 points per game (No. 11) rounds out a complete offensive profile that makes her one of the most dangerous attackers in the country.

Together, Walker and Todd have fueled one of the most explosive offenses in Division III. Meredith ranks No. 6 nationally in points per game (26.11) and No. 3 in scoring offense (18.06 goals per game), overwhelming opponents with pace, precision, and depth. Perhaps most telling is the Avenging Angels' No. 1 national ranking in scoring margin (+12.11)—a reflection of their ability to control games from start to finish.

Their impact extends beyond the national rankings and into conference dominance. Both Walker and Todd sit atop the USA South Conference offensive leaderboards, driving Meredith's continued success against league competition and setting a standard that few programs can match.

While the numbers are eye-catching, it's the partnership that defines this season. Whether it's Walker threading a perfectly timed assist or Todd finishing in stride, the duo has created a rhythm that is difficult to disrupt. Their ability to read each other, anticipate movement, and execute under pressure has been a crucial piece to the Meredith offense.

As the postseason approaches, Walker and Todd remain at the forefront of Meredith's championship aspirations. With the nation's top two point leaders leading the charge, the Avenging Angels are not just winning games—they're doing so with a level of offensive excellence that continues to set them apart.
